Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! While you don't need to have sensitive skin to use our Honey Eczema Soap, it is a gentle, cleansing bar that works well on sensitive skin.

Will your Honey Eczema Soap bar work on Psoriasis, Rosacea, or Dermatitis?

We receive emails and phone calls from customers with chronic, irritated skin problems quite often. We recommend switching to a more natural soap temporarily to see if there’s a difference. We believe what you put on your skin soaks into your body therefore, the more natural the product, the better your skin will behave. 

We have received feedback from a lot of customers who believe their skin is better now that they’ve made the switch. However, we can’t promise that our soap will help heal your irritated or inflamed skin condition as everyone is different. What works for some might not work for others. 

Always do an allergy patch test first before applying all over your body.

Does you Eczema Soap have parabens?

Our soap is crafted with all-natural, plant-based ingredients aside from the lye. They do not contain artificial ingredients or fragrances. No parabens, synthetics, or anything harmful to your skin. Check out our ingredients to learn more about possible benefits.

What is the approximate shelf life of your Eczema Soap bar?

We believe once you try our soap that the expiration date will be null and void. However, in the rare instance you don’t use it every day, our Honey & Oatmeal Eczema soap bar has a pretty long shelf life. It is formulated with completely natural ingredients therefore, no unnatural preservatives. 

How can I make my soap last longer?

We recommend placing it in a draining soap dish to extend the shelf life when it’s not in use. Since our soap is formulated from a LOT of oils it will “melt” in high humidity or heat.

How Do I Qualify For Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $50. We will offer incentives occasionally through special promotions.

How Do I Track My Order?

You should receive an email with your order number and shipping status Immediately after purchase,

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time.

Once the carrier updates the shipping status, you can track your order from our warehouse to your door.

You can also check the status of your order by signing into your account at www.eczemacarecompany.com.

How long will it take my package to arrive?

Orders are packed and shipped within 2-3 days from receipt of payment. We ship USPS which takes approximately 2-3 business days to arrive once shipped. It depends on your distance from Kansas. Mail delivery may take longer during holiday seasons. You should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days from receipt of payment. If you haven't received your package within 2 weeks, please contact Customer Service immediately.

Can I edit my order?

Orders are pulled for packing and shipping once an order is placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us immediately via email at customerservice@eczemacarecompany.com. We will do our best to update your order.

Can I edit my shipping address after I've placed an order?

Email us at customerservice@eczemacarecompany.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll try to catch it before it ships! Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any modifications can be made.

My order says it was delivered but I never received it. What should I do?

We're very sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, we are not responsible once the package leaves our warehouse, but we will do our best to help you. You will need to contact your local USPS or UPS to see if the package is being held there. Our system automatically flags incorrect shipping addresses. Please email us immediately at customerservice@eczemacarecompany.com if your shipping address has changed.

Can I return opened/unopened product?

We have a worry-free guarantee that is simple and straightforward: We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, don't worry! Contact us at customerservice@eczemacarecompany.com so we can remedy the situation.

Please note: If you would like a refund, your original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded. You will receive a credit in the amount that you paid in the form of your original payment. Please allow ~10 business days for Eczema Care Company to refund your account upon receipt.

What is SoapySuds Perks?

SoapySuds is our online loyalty program designed to reward customers with Points for specific activities. The Points can be redeemed for Eczema Care Company products.

How do I join SoapySuds Rewards Program?

Simply head to our Home page to sign up. Click on the Earn Rewards Button on the bottom of the page. It's that simple!

How do I redeem my SoapySuds Points?

SoapySuds Points are redeemed for rewards which you can spend on eczemacarecompany.com. You can redeem your points during checkout or at any time in the SoapySuds Points widget. Sign in to your SoapySuds account to check your point balance, select ‘redeem points’ to see which rewards you are eligible for and select the reward you’d like to redeem. You will receive a unique code to enter in the discount field at checkout.

Do SoapySuds Points expire?

No, once you've earned those points they are in your account until you use them.

Is there a limit to how many SoapySuds Points I can earn?

Go ahead and earn as many as you like. We currently do not have a limit on how many SoapySuds points you can earn.

How does the Refer a Friend work?

Share your unique link with a friend who has not shopped with Eczema Care Company and does not yet have an account. When you refer a friend, they receive a $10 discount, and you receive a $10 discount when your friend completes a purchase through your referral link. To access your unique referral link, log in and open the SoapySuds widget in the bottom corner of your screen; scroll down to the referral section. You can copy the link, send it by email or share it on Facebook.

How do I get points for following on social media?

Again, super easy! Log into your SoapySuds account and go to your dashboard. Select Ways to Earn. Click on any of the social media options, login to that account, and like or follow us!

Are SoapySuds Points refundable?

Unfortunately, once SoapySuds Points are redeemed they are not refundable.

Eczema Care Company reserves the right to modify or change rewards at any time.

- You must create an account and be logged in to accrue SoapySuds Points.

- Points can only be earned or redeemed online.

- Points can only be redeemed once.

- Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash or credit.

- Points cannot be transferred..

- Rewards cannot be combined

- Only one reward at a time may be used per transaction.

- Birthday date should be entered at least a month before to receive your SoapySuds Points.
